This is what is known as 'tripod' position. Legs crossed, body forward, two arms supporting in front. I didn't know this term until Dr Lee mentioned it. I will need to 'sit' like this until my back muscles are strong enough for me to sit up straight. So far, I am still a bit shaky in this position. After a few minutes, I will topple over like a 'Humpty Dumpty'... Luckily never fall onto my dear friend the Red Puppy.
